5 of 5 Like being in an IAMX Theater February 10, 2021

This eyepiece makes you feel as if you  participating in the space you are viewing. The perspective is as if you are flying freely inside the view because you don't see the field stop. Some observers do not prefer 100 degree eyepieces because they are not used to having to move their eye or head. I have never have a problem moving my head or eyes in an IMAX theater or in real life so that I could see more, nor with the APM XWA HDC. The eyepiece makes one feel as they are viewing from inside an observation bubble in the International Space Station. I am very glad I purchased this outstanding eyepiece from Don and I am so glad he had one in stock!

5 of 5 Awesome Wide View February 4, 2021
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from NC United States
Got this to upgrade the GSO 30 that came with my Z10 dob.  received a confirmation email from Don within a few hours of ordering it even though it was the weekend and it was shipped out immediately.  Arrived quickly too.  The ep provides expansive views but at 20mm still provides a good deal of magnification.  I am not very experienced but i love the views, crystal clear.  Used it the first time last night and had a stunning view of the double cluster in Perseus with both fitting in the ultra wide view.  I highly recommend.

5 of 5 Amazing eyepiece February 3, 2021
Reviewer: Ryan Rudolph from Vadito, NM United States
I had read a number of reviews on cloudy nights and stargazers lounge about eyepieces that compared to Televue and Wow. The APM hdc xwa 20mm is an excellent eyepiece. The 100° AFOV is phenomenal! Details are great as well. I was slightly concerned about my viewing experience since I wear glasses but they work well when using them. You still are able to see about 90% of view. But I still took them off to see everything they had to offer. Great build quality as well. I'm already ordering the 13mm and looking at the 30mm uff which both have great reviews also. I'm surprised I don't hear too much about APM eyepieces because they really are amazing quality pieces. For the price. These really are outstanding eyepieces, you can't go wrong. Also thank you Don for sending out my eyepiece very quickly. I received my 20mm within 3 days from ordering. Very pleased with the service.

5 of 5 Great eyepiece October 18, 2020
Reviewer: Burrman
I've used the eyepiece one time under moderately dark conditions with no moon. It produced clear, sharp images right to the edge of the massive FOV with my 8" SCT (2" diagonal) and it was very comfortable to use (I don't wear eyeglasses). I'm very pleased with the purchase.

3 of 5 APM XWA HDC Hyperwide 20mm... December 2, 2019
Reviewer: jeremiah2229 from United States
Don't expect Ethos performance and don't use this in a fast scope, f/8 and slower (slower the better) and it might serve what one needs. The field stop on my sample is not clear and sharp but in slower scopes it will give decent images up to the stop. On axis is nice even in fast scopes here (f/6) but going to the edge it loses it. In the Maks here it is nice and I will use it with them mostly, wide field for globulars.

Peace...
