5 of 5 Promises to be what's needed for Sky Safari Plus July 21, 2021
Reviewer: Gregory Baran from Cranbury, NJ United States
I bought this to use with my TV 76. In today's light polluted skies, star hopping is a challenge. With the Nexus II interface to encoders (on a DM-4), and Sky Safari Plus, push-to pointing promises to be very simple. So far I've just tested the interface with the encoders plugged in. As I don't have the DM-4 yet, will have to stick with "promises to be" for now. Setup between the Nexus II and my Android Sky Safari was easy. Shipping was instantaneous from eyepiecesetc. Thanks!

5 of 5 Easy Setup and Works Great July 12, 2021
Reviewer: Stephen Palmer from Hopedale , MA United States
I charged the Nexus II and after powering it on found it created the WiFi connection needed on my iPad.  The default settings on the connection were good. Now with this device paired with the Astro Devices DSC encoders and Sky Safari,  I have the option to point my Explore Scientific Truss Dob to what I want to see and have it be in or very close to the eyepiece view.

Seamless interfacing with SkySafari Plus and pretty accurate (within 15mm lens field) with just two star alignment and modest leveling on 8" Dobsonian. Very pleased.
