5 of 5 Morpheus 9mm a keeper October 11, 2021

Used in a 10 inch  f/7.55 Dob.  Fantastic results.  Sharp to the edge and very comfortable to use.  Very surprised and pleased with the results on Jupiter and Saturn also. Did not necessarily buy it for planetary but I can see this being my go to planetary EP when seeing permits.

5 of 5 Great Value! September 15, 2021

Ordering the Morpheus 9mm eyepiece from Eyepieces Etc. was as easy as ordering just about anything on the 'net.  Shipment was prompt and I had the eyepiece in a very few days.
The 9mm  completes my set of Morpheus eyepieces.  I find the excellent eye relief to be very comfortable, the wide field to be quite pleasant, and the sharpness, contrast, and correction to be excellent.  The moon and planets show as much detail as our atmosphere permits.  The high contrast and high light transmission yield clear, natural-looking views.  The wide field can, at times, make one feel as though the object is being viewed from an orbiting spacecraft.  The 9mm Morpheus shows tiny, perfect airy discs and faint first diffraction rings with my 4" refractor.  I can't imagine seeing things better.

After discussing with Don the best ep’s for me, settled on 3 Morpheus: 17.5; 12.5 and9 mm.  All 3 arrived in perfect condition.  These are really super high quality.  Plus they are not so heavy they strain your scope.  Of course the weather was uncooperative, but did some daytime spotting and amazed at the sharpness.  The field is much more than wide enough, you have to turn your head to see the field stop.  Ver pleased with my experience.  Don is now my go to guy for things like this.  He is a wealth of information.
